Position Overview

As a team member, you will be the daily representative of the Schmear It mission -- creating and delivering meaning through food, people, and local causes. You will be responsible for executing in-store operations from food preparation to customer orders and cleaning. You will report to the Director of Store Operations but will be empowered and expected to take ownership and pride in your work and grow your responsibility. 

 

Responsibilities

• Continually craft the optimal customer experience

• Serve as ambassadors for our featured causes

• Basic food prep

• Taker orders and operate point of sale 

• Execute orders with speed and accuracy

• Brew and serve coffee

• Clean dishes and all restaurant areas in the front and back-of-house
